Coordinator – Accounts & Administration

Areas of responsibility
  • Monitor & Process bills and Invoices and forward for payment
  • Create petty cash vouchers for payments to be made out
  • Calculation of monthly payroll deductions
  • Coordinating with suppliers and maintaining stock levels of office supplies
  • Maintenance of office premises
  • Filing and maintaining documents
  • Visit outside parties regarding office matters as and when required
Experience and Qualifications
  • Certificate/ Diploma in Business Administration
  • 1+ years experience in a similar capacity
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office and other computer based applications
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
