Mazarin shipped the Present Card Statistics Application to the Cashcom's Present Card product suite. The launch customer for this is Unibail-Rodamco of Europe.

Today Mazarin shipped the Present Card Statistics application into production, which is a value added module to the Present Card product portfolio of Cashcom. Cashcom's Present Card product suite is been used by many shopping malls and retail chains across Sweden for several years. The owners of these malls and retail chains were in need of a Management Information System (MIS) to analyze the profitability, sales and growth of their present card product so that they can provide timely and consumer focused benefits to their loyal customers.

The launch customer for this Present Card Statistics application is Unibail-Rodamco. Unibail-Rodamco is a French-Dutch company, headquartered in Paris that focuses on investment in commercial property. It is the largest commercial real estate company in Europe. The main assets managed by the company fall into three categories: shopping centres, convention centres and office properties, and have a total net worth of €24.5 billion.

Strikers in Sweden

Unibail-Rodamco owns majority of the shopping malls in Sweden for which Cashcom has its present card product in operation. Hence Unibail-Rodamco's strategic management and the management groups in each mall were keen on having a very flexible and accurate statistics application for their present cards, in which they could generate reports in both chart and tabular formats.

With the knowledge of building the Present Card solution, Mazarin started with confidence in building the new statistics application. It was built as a Java Enterprise Application to run in JBoss application server, which is the same platform the Present Card's rest of the applications were running. After much analysis between several APIs to generate graphs, it was decided to user Google's Visualization API for all chart representation of data.

The solution has provision to dynamically show same information according to the signed in user's authorization level. This means that the same chart will only show data belonging only to a particular mall if a user belonging to the management of a mall logs in while the same chart will show data of many malls if the strategic management of Unibail-Rodamco signs in. Further different charts and tabular layouts were developed targeting different departments, such as sales, financial, marketing, etc who has diverse information needs.
